DenialCrusher is a free resource site for people fighting health insurance claim denials. It offers free appeal letter generators, an EOB decoder, deadline and cost calculators, and plain-English guides to the appeal process.
What it costs
Nothing. The tools, guides, and directory are free, with no accounts and no signups. There is currently no paid product on this site.
What we are not
DenialCrusher is not a law firm, insurance company, or medical provider. It does not file appeals for you. Complex or high-stakes denials belong with your state insurance department, a patient advocate, or an attorney.
